The paranormal comedy podcast from two former MIB’s who asked too many questions. Kevin the Grey and Granville Moonwalker take it in turns each and every Thursday to present a real-life paranormal incident to the other in the hope of convincing humanity that the supernatural exists, or making each other laugh. Each week, the co-host has no idea what’s coming up and the show is ended by deciding whether the events discussed, really were paranormal. #Probe

#109 Igor Terzic, Barry Macdonald and an Orange Light (Tribute)
Thursday Mar 10, 2022
Thursday Mar 10, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe Igor Terzic. We also probe Barry Macdonald. Are the tales of these two gentlemen connected? Before that though, we get sidetracked on the facts of Glasgow and the worlds biggest drinking bars. We then get back to Igor, in the middle, of the road… On that note, did Igor drive a 1967 Shelby GT and is this a lovely motor or a pile of rusting trash? Whilst taking this ride, we also ponder whether Moonwalker would make love to a car and whether Greybeard is the Butt Smasher (of House Butt Smash - remember the previous episode). Just to add folks, we are aware that whales don’t really have huge gaping butts. We know whales do mushy scale 5-6 poops and we don’t really think that a human could be digested, pass through and come out of a whale whole. But Moonwalker could. We mean my gosh, have you seen the man? Knight Rider somehow comes up as we move on and we ask you, loyal probers, will Moonwalker review the whole series? We have some time left over after Igor vanishes so we then briefly covered Barry Macdonald and a sighting Barry was able to record due to going on a secluded wander with his lady-friend and coincidently having a video camera set up and ready to go. There’s nothing suspicious there, folks. We watched the UK television show footage courtesy of GMTV before drawing our conclusions. All that and more on this week’s file.

Music created via Garageband. Additional music via: https://freepd.com - thank you most kindly good people. Of course, as we parodied the story we couldn’t resist an instrumental snippet from Kyle Gass and Jack Black’s rocking band Tenacious D’s first single from their self-titled 2001 album, Tribute. Which is not the greatest song in the world, no, it’s just a tribute. That song resides under Epic labels catalogue and was produced by the Dust Brothers. Check it out on all good streaming platforms, what a song! A bit of trivia for our UK listeners - Tribute was never actually released as a single in the UK despite its massive air time and popularity. Alongside that there was an ever so brief snippet from Mario Kart 64’s Toad’s Turnpike courtesy of Nintendo (and composed by Kenta Nagata) as we discussed traffic coming towards Igor. We also included, mainly for Moonwalker’s benefit, a snippet of the Stuart Phillips composition, the theme from 1980’s television staple Knight Rider starring David Hasselhoff. Wikipedia also lists Glen A. Larson as a composer of that iconic theme.

#108 Eat your Vegetables - Green Children of Woolpit and the Georgia Stalks
Thursday Mar 03, 2022
Thursday Mar 03, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe two mysterious green children who turned up, unexplained, in Woolpit, Suffolk. The 1100’s aren’t the best-recorded of times but this tale is recorded none the less. Where did these young children come from? Why were they green? Was it BROAD BEANS? Do forest people exist? If not, why don’t these children like pizza? Is this case evidence that you are indeed what you eat? Have you ever heard of an undercow? There’s a lot of learning to be had on this episode as we explore theories of the extraterrestrial, parallel universes, an underworld, forest folk, Planet X, underwater civilisations aka Wakandawater and people from other earthly lands. Ever heard of House Butt Smasher? After all of that, we briefly cover Fred Reagan and the Georgia Stalks - peculiar aliens of which information is scarce. Anyone fancy some asparagus? All that and more on this weeks file.

#107 Hamilton: (Not) An Extraterrestrial Musical
Thursday Feb 24, 2022
Thursday Feb 24, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe Alexander Hamilton. No, not that one. This one, you haven’t heard of because this is a probe we have not done. Well, we have because you’re reading the show notes for it, but we hadn’t. Alexander Hamilton, his name was Alexander Hamilton, an honourable and trustworthy pillar of the Leroyyyyyyyyyy community in 1897. But the question is, when Hamilton’s cow was taken, would Hamilton throw away his shot? Or do we mean axe? This case has some of our favourite UFO features - a craft, cow abduction… Well, that’s it really. Oh and a bloody good alternative hypothesis. We love these olden times cases. Were locals experimenting on cows with… Gas… Urm… Nope. I refuse to put that theory down in writing. A more credible thought - do cows know karate? Hamilton was so honourable that he was vouched for by a dozen further honourable and trustworthy citizens, but were they in the field where it happened? If you want to know what happened, you better be willing to wait for it. All that and more on this week’s file and we hope that you’ll be back after what we did at the end here…

Music:
Music created via Garageband. Additional music via: https://freepd.com - thank you most kindly good people. When discussing Lon Lon Ranch, you may have noticed the Lon Lon Ranch theme from 1998’s The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, composed by Kōji Kondō. This game was and remains wonderful. Towards the end in exploring the ‘club’ theory, you may have noticed Lurking In The Darkness from the Final Fantasy 7 original soundtrack. This was composed by Nobuo Uematsu and produced by Uematsu and Minoru Akao. The Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack was released on 10/02/1997 and later re-released directly by Square Enix on 10/05/2004. A special thank you, the most special thank you for this episode in fact, must go to Lin-Manuel Miranda as well as the Original Broadway Cast of Hamilton (via Atlantic Records) for both their music and the inspiration for massive chunks of this episode (especially that closing number). Thank you. If by some peculiar series of events any of those involved in the production of Hamilton ever stumble across this podcast episode, we sincerely hope that you enjoyed our take and were not offended in any way, shape or form by this alien parody because we love Hamilton.

#106 A Stoners Tale Part 2
Thursday Feb 17, 2022
Thursday Feb 17, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe the Stoner’s, again. Check last weeks episode if this is your first time joining us because this episode is part 2 of a two-parter in to a couple, called, Stoner. We see where the rabbit hole (or is that whole) goes. Will Moonwalker explain Humpty Dumpty? How does this case connect to a sex-chair? On that note, what is a sex-chair? Did grandad throw a pigskin a quarter mile? Sex-chair. I wonder if you Google sex-chair, one day this episode will show up in the results? Anyhow… A tall, skinny figure with skinny arms. That can’t be anything but aliens, right? Three shades of alien. It’s time to conclude on these pillars of the community. Will the MiBbins get in to MUFON? All that and more on this weeks file.

#105 A Stoners Tale
Thursday Feb 10, 2022
Thursday Feb 10, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe a couple of Stoners. That’s right, it’s a couple with the surname Stoner. What were you thinking? We begin todays episode in West Virginia with Humpty Dumpty and an incredible memory. There is also an incredibly calm Grand Papa who has seen it all. Apologies for getting sidetracked back in ‘82 on this one. Anyway... Denise Stoner, would recall much of todays case via hypnotic regression with Kathleen Marden. Lost time. Mysterious lights. Jelly-like substances. Creatures not of this world. Links to earlier probes. This one has it all. One question that pops up today though… Are aliens blue da ba dee da ba daaai? This one, may get dark so apologies about that but we cover all that and more on this weeks file.

#104 German Sky War - Nuremberg UFO Battle of 1561
Thursday Feb 03, 2022
Thursday Feb 03, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe the allegedly truthful space battle in the skies above Nuremberg, Germany in 1561. But before that, we learn the REAL words to Prince’s classic, Purple Rain, along with the dangerous and horrid Purple Rain drinking game. Don’t do it, folks. Anyway… We begin the actual case today with a bang. Well, more of a pop (and we’re not talking about Moonwalkers balls). Because we have some visual evidence. Evidence of a possible war above Earth which definitely couldn’t have been between Earthlings. So was this an alien battle? Or was it actually a warning from God? A demonstration of God’s wrath should their people not be honourable and trustworthy. Or were more natural forces at play? Meanwhile, tune in and you can learn all about the allegedly truthful 1500’s German farm, Farm Farm. Finally, a question… Are Greybeard and Moonwalker honourable and trustworthy enough to wield Excalibur or the Master Sword? All that and more on this week’s file.

Of course, when mentioning Lon Lon Ranch we had to sneak in the Lon Lon Ranch theme from from 1998’s The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, composed by Kōji Kondō. Later on, we also attached some Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past music also by Kōji Kondō - the Lost Woods, Master Sword and Hyrule Overworld themes. This accompanied our discussion of pulling the Master Sword, or Excalibur, from its resting place. What a moment. Before that however, because it just felt right, we opened today’s case with a clip of the Prelude theme from the wondrous Fantasy 7 original soundtrack, composed by Nobuo Uematsu and produced by Uematsu alongside Minoru Akao. During Moonwalker’s button-popping strip, we utilised a very quick snippet from The Stripper instrumental by David Rose, recorded originally in 1958 and courtesy of label MGM. We obviously don’t own the rights to this and used a quick clip as part of a self-satirical section, please don’t send your agents for us.

#103 Air Force Gone
Thursday Jan 27, 2022
Thursday Jan 27, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe something that shouldn’t have been there, above Lake Superior. Jets were scrambled to an unknown craft showing on radar but did they go inverted? What happened to the blip? Was it swallowed? When the Air Force start retracting statements you know that it’s suspicious. 23. 22. Zebra. But who is Soo Locks? All that and more on this weeks file.

#102 Stonehenge and George O’Barski 1975
Thursday Jan 20, 2022
Thursday Jan 20, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe George O’Barski’s Stonehenge sighting. No, not that Stonehenge. The other one. The apartment complex in New Jersey. Before we get in to that we cover whether it would be wise to have a Predator as a pet. This one starts out like any typical sighting but rather than run and hide, George decided to get in closer to probe. George was greeted by the sight of… Lifeforms. Were the lifeforms seen in todays episode Alakazam’s? Or Tonberry’s? On that note, what do Tonberry’s eat? Another question asked today is whether a glass window can shatter on its own? How does this relate to Moonwalker being probed? Yes, today we cover the fact that Moonwalker has definitely been probed. The case we cover today has had MUFON and CUFOS all over it. But why didn’t it make national headlines? All that and more on this week’s file.

Music:
Music created via Garageband. Additional music via: https://freepd.com - thank you most kindly good people. Nintendo’s Pokemon theme was also snuck in today - thank you to Nintendo, Game Freak and the original composer Junichi Masuda from whom’s work the Pokemon series music grew - another franchise that enlightened our childhood and which we reference regularly on the show. We couldn’t resist sticking in a snippet from the Final Fantasy 7 original soundtrack, Let The Battles Begin, composed by Nobuo Uematsu and produced by Uematsu and Minoru Akao. Because we’d utilised that, later on we snuck a second clip from the soundtrack entitled Lurking In The Darkness. Finally, because we got all nostalgic after the other two themes, the sad Aerith’s Theme was also included at the end. To this day this one still hits us right in the feels. The Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack was released on 10/02/1997 and later rereleased directly by Square Enix on 10/05/2004. This Playstation game is in almost everybody’s top 5 video games of all time list so thank you, Square Enix, on behalf of the world. Just before Aerith’s Theme, whilst Mulder’ing up, the famous X-Files tune from the television series played. The famous instrumental, usually known as ‘The X-Files’ was composed by Mark Snow. Thank you to Mark Snow and also show creator Chris Carter - whilst we parody at times, the show was a huge inspiration for this podcast as well as much of the modern paranormal field in general.

#101 The Honourable John‘s
Thursday Jan 13, 2022
Thursday Jan 13, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe honourable John and honourable John. Yes, that’s right, two honourable John’s. There may even have been a third but unfortunately we don’t get to meet him. This episode takes us way back (or is that waaaaaay back) to 1988. Will the subjects of todays case be truly honourable and trustworthy? Will this be aliens, or will this be witchcraft? Meanwhile, tune in today and you’ll also learn how to really do a Tequila shot. Can aliens cure substance addiction and encourage body hair growth? Find out all this and more on this weeks file.

#100 Here Come the Men in Black
Thursday Jan 06, 2022
Thursday Jan 06, 2022
The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe the Men in Black. Wow, one hundred episodes! Thank you for joining us on this ride. For episode 100, we thought rather than patting each other on the back, we’d bring to you a feature length presentation on our previous employers, the MiB. The Mibs. We roll through several cases associated with these nefarious individuals from Harold Dahl’s famous account in 1947 all the way to a Niagara Falls hotel sighting in 2008. Along the way, Moonwalker realises that he’s the sceptical one and has a change of heart. Can Moonie keep it up? We discover the real, serious business that the Men in Black cover. We ponder whether MiB’s wear human suits or simply take over human consciousness? On the note of suits, is there a MiB uniform and as a new MiB is it the last suit you’ll ever wear? We ask ourselves why dogs may not like MiB’s and come up with an allegedly truthful answer. How does this all tie to Dan Aykroyd? All that and more on this week’s lengthy, large, monster of a file.

Music:
Music created via Garageband. Additional music via: https://freepd.com - thank you most kindly good people. Meanwhile, at the mention of Master Chief, we couldn’t help but pop in a clip of the famous Halo Theme. This was composed by Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori and was of course the theme from Bungie’s Halo: Combat Evolved (as well as subsequent releases, with 343 Industries now at the helm courtesy of Microsoft and Xbox Game Studios). Not for Moonwalker so much but Greybeard has wonderful memories of playing through Halo 3 with a friend from university (who grenade-jumped in to the scarab) meanwhile, Greybeard still hasn’t recovered from the emotional impact of playing through Halo: Reach and in particular, the last stand. For the second time in the podcast, you will also have heard the first section of the Lemmiwinks song (The Ballad of Lemmiwinks) from South Park season 6 episode 14. Thank you to Trey Parker and Matt Stone along with everyone at South Park Studios once again for clearly inspiring our humour for decades to come. On the note of inspiration, purely because Greybeard absolutely loves the franchise, we included the Fortune Telling House Theme from the The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past which was released on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991 (Japan) and 1992 (North America and the United Kingdom/Europe). The music was composed by series legend Kōji Kondō. A bit of But It Was Aliens trivia for you - Greybeard has played through A Link to the Past to completion more than any other game he has ever owned. It holds up. Following on from that, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time’s Shop Theme was also utilised, again composed by Kōji Kondō. We love Nintendo.
100. Damn.
