The extraterrestrial comedy podcast where we probe the mysterious Clapham Wood. What is a wood? A park? A forest? A wooded area between those two? A boner? Today you’ll find out. What you won’t find out is exactly how big Clapham Wood is because we just don’t know (that’s not part of the mystery). You can complete three mile walks around it but we didn’t include the actual size in the research notes - oops. What you will also find out though is that Clapham Wood has seen it all ranging from missing animals and UFO sightings to satanic cult activity and murder. Are all these mysteries connected and if so, is the connecting tissue that of the extraterrestrial? If a ouija board told you the name of a location, would you visit it or stay the hell away? What if that very same ouija board told you that this location was where you could find aliens? On this podcast we always look to whether there are other less paranormal explanations and this episode is no different, so if not satanic cults and aliens, then what? Quicksand? Does Clapham Wood have a significant mobster presence? Are the horses getting whacked to keep them from talking? All that and more on this week’s file.

There was also some music utilised from Kev’s favourite The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past released on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991 (Japan) and 1992 (North America and the United Kingdom/Europe). The Fortune Telling House theme and the Lost Woods theme were composed by the genius Kōji Kondō. Also composed by that hero of sound, Kōji Kondō, was 1998’s Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which released on the Nintendo 64 (N64). The themes utilised from that wonderful video game were Temple Of Time and, again, Lost Woods. Because we were covering a wood. Get it?
